I upgraded to a 13 lb ball ( from an 11 lb ) and it hit so much harder.
I averaged a 150 for the night ( struggled in the 2nd game ).
However, I felt like my strikes had more bang! I loved it!
As a team, we took all 7 points in and are currently in 2nd in league.

Thats a pretty signifigant upgrade! Most bowlers will only go one pound when moving up a ball but it sounds like you did alright. The ball hitting harder may or may not be accurate but the switch to a newer ball may have given you a new found confidence within your game. We all need that from time to time. There is no doubt that a heavier ball will make the pins fly around more but I think the more important thing is to be in the pocket every time and it sounds to me like you were there more consistently the other night. Congrats!! Keep me updated.
